Written mark on Rs 2000 note given by PNB ATM not accepted by any bank

I made a withdrawal of Rs.10000/- on 7th Mar 2017 from PNB ATM in Gautam Nagar. 
The ATM Dispensed five 2000 rupee notes. In one note there was written something on it and
I have been trying to use but nobody is accepting. Please look into the matter as soon as possible.
