Money Sent but Not Transferred My Bank Account

I create account in Citrus pay
form my wallet  a/c  I sent Rs 4800 in my bank  a/c  but I have got only Rs 3000 in my A/c ? After query they informed me that I can sent only 3000 Per month ?
Where is my remaining money?
