Ticket cancel automatically and false status of refund shows on Zaakpay

Sir 
my ticket automatically cancel when i booked ticket . Intialy it shows waiting chart preparation. 
Also they did'nt refund my money as they cancel money .

But now i see my refund status but in actual it is not refunded .Plz help me .

UPI Transaction amount not transferred to Receiver bank.

I was transferring 10,000 to me on dated 11/12/2017 from TEZ UPI transaction status is successful in TEZ APP but that amount did not reflect to my bank account. i have called so many time to tez customer care but they did not give me proper feedback. i have also raise dispute but still money not credit in my bank account and not sender account. UPI transaction Id - 73451858878....

Money has been debited from my account and its showing still processing

I am using the Google Tez app and i was transfer the money from my account but still the process .
I have done payment 160 rupees today,money has been debited from my account and its showing still processing... Please do payment success or if timed out or in any other issues please add money to my account..
Upi transaction id is 731713942871
